Equitie Capital has a simple mission – to serve equally two sides of the marketplace for investing capital into private real estate and business projects. To do this we have created a platform to bring investors interested in diversifying their portfolios together with sponsors and owners of projects seeking capital which is different from the programs offered by traditional banks and lending sources.
